1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you purchase from us, including on site services. By paying a deposit and booking our service, you agree to these Terms in full.

All services are delivered by Fuel Doctor North Wales.

2. Services

Our services are provided physically, either at your location or at one of our sites.

3. Booking and Payment

If you book our service online you can choose to pay a deposit or pay in full with a £10 discount.

Payment is taken at the time of booking and if only a deposit is paid then the full amount is paid at the end of the service.

Cancellations can only be refunded if the vehicle hasn’t left for your destination, once our van is on it’s way to you this starts our service.

Prices on the website are for our standard services and include any applicable taxes, they do not include refuelling or any additional requirements you may have but these will be confirmed before payment.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time up until the vehicle has left it’s previous destination and is on route to you.

5. Refunds and Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a cooling-off period from the time of booking unless our vehicle leaves for your destination immediately.

Once our service to you has commenced, you acknowledge that your right to cancel and receive a refund is waived.

6. Liability

We take all reasonable care in delivering our services. However, we are not liable for:

interruptions beyond our control (e.g. traffic issues or technical issues), or

any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the service remain the intellectual property of Fuel Doctor North Wales and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
